    KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS

    Knights of Columbus is a Catholic men's fraternal and service organization dedicated to the principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism.     MEN'S CLUB

    Men's Club is a social and service organization for all men dedicated to fellowship and fun through activities that raise funds for school and parish improvements and youth organizations.     WOMEN'S CLUB

    Join in fellowship with all women of the parish in regular potluck dinners, bake sales, other fundraisers and service events. You many also want to join in one of the smaller women's groups, called a Circle. These meet monthly and each has it's own theme and charism. Find one that suits you or start your own.     CYO SPORTS

    Football, volleyball, basketball, cross country and track are offered to all children in the parish 3rd-8th grade through CYO. CYO, the Catholic Youth Organization, allows children to participate and learn a sport with honesty and fair play.     ST. MARY'S FOOD KITCHEN

    On the 1st Thursday of every month, parishioners from St. Pius X prepare and serve lunch to around 300 adults and children at the St. Mary's Food Kitchen (Willa Gill Center). Volunteers meet outside the west entrance outside the office at 8:45 a.m. and carpool. Parishioners purchase and prepare the food according to a planned menu.

    CATHOLIC CHARITIES FOOD TRUCK

    On the first weekend of each month we collect non-perishable food as well as monetary contributions for Catholic Community Services Food Pantry. We need van drivers to deliver once a month. Donations may be made at catholiccharitiesks.org/parish-food-drive-donation or checks mailed to 9720 W. 87th St. Overland Park, KS 66212 (memo line Food Drive - St. Pius X).     HOMEBOUND MINISTERS

    Communion is taken to those who are not able to attend Mass and to area care centers homes. Volunteers go to Trustwell Living on Wednesdays and Wellstone as needed. Most volunteers visit homebound members on Sundays but it could be any day. If you are interested in being a homebound minister or if you know someone who would like a visitor, please contact Deacon Steve Bauer at sbauer@spxmission.org.

    LANDSCAPE AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE

    Help maintain grounds around St. Pius church, offices and rectory by planting flowers, shrubs and trees, pruning, weeding, watering, shoveling snow, etc.

    OFFICE VOLUNTEER

    FUNERAL LUNCHES
